Arhontariki is a Cretan manor house built in the early 20th Century.
It was renovated recently, in an effort to hold on to what is left of the Cretan
traditional architectural style. It is constructed with rectangular chiseled
stones, it has an interior living space of 180 m² and the two floors are
connected with an interior staircase. The iron gated house is facilitated with
garage, parking and a barbeque area. It is surrounded with palm trees, lemon
trees, bougainvillas and other plants and flowers. The swimming pool is located
in a well manicured lush garden, providing a comfortable, tranquil, relaxed
environment for the vacationer. Service is provide daily and other specialized
services are available at the quest request.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, a large
fully equipped kitchen,internet free of charge and satellite TV. Bay windows and balconies in each floor permit panoramic
sea views of Bay a Peninsula, hills and environs. It is furnished with taste and
simplicity with Cretan antiques, reflecting the personal taste of its current
owner. The large kitchen table is always full of traditional sweets and vases
throughout the house are full of roses and lemon flowers that fill the air with
their exquisite scent.
Location
Arhontariki is situated in the picturesque village of Kalyviani,
35 kilometers from the city of Chania, 5 km from the town of Kasteli and
800 meters from the port of Kasteli and 800 meters from the port of Kasteli. It
is a lively village with coffee shops, and restaurants, a refreshment stop for
those on their way to visit the island of Granvousa with its impressive castle,
built by the Venetians in 1579, the Balos Lagoon and the coastal ancient Minoan
town of Falasserna and the synonymous near by beach, one of the loveliest in
Greece.
