Casino Facilities:
Situated within the extensive tropical gardens of the Pestana Casino
Park Hotel, the Casino da Madeira, designed by the
famous architect Oscar Niemeyer, is the only casino on the island. Recently
refurbished in lively colours and to the very highest standard, offers an area
devoted to slot machines with more than 200 of the latest models.
The Palm Bar and the Rio Restaurant offer
South American specialities until the early hours. There is also a gaming Room
with French Roulette and Black Jack, as well as the Bahia
panoramic Restaurant where you can take in an international Show with your meal.
On the ground floor, is the Copacabana Bar, decorated
throughout in a tropical style. Here the resident band, Bandazinha,
provide live music, making this the ideal spot in Funchal for an evening's
dancing. Relax and enjoy the tempting cocktails prepared by the world champion

Sérgio Borges and the band kick off our evening with some memory
provoking renditions of your favourite songs. While Sian Lesley and her dancers
will take you on a journey through the past 50 years of music and medleys from
the 50’s and 90’s returning you elated to the 21st century.
Night on the Town - Thursdays at Casino da Madeira. Dinner starts at
19:30 & Show starts at 21:15. A spectacular show night with a variety of
great songs and dance from famous Broadway and West End Musicals, brought to you
by Sérgio Borges, Sian Lesley and her dancers.
Cabaret - Fridays at Casino da Madeira. Dinner starts at 19:30 &
Show starts at 21:15. Sérgio Borges, Sian Lesley and her dancers bring
you a Cabaret show to equal all. This international Show features all the colour
and glamour of Cabaret closing with an explosive performance of the Can-Can.
